If they are that light (they look thicker than 1/8" in the pics) I will probably buy a set of those two...Definitely maybe..."Ha! Birdman get in here!"

LOL - The greeblies I'm getting will be placed on the knee plates and then I'll post some pics. I'll be molding up a ton of stuff here pretty soon. Mostly for the BARC but a few of the pieces are GM parts as well. Knees, Shoulder bell (which is being preped for final molding), and the elbow plates. Later will be the boots, shin guards and boot covering, I'm really fired up about the shin guards and boots and cannot wait to start on them.

That will be really cool...I'm not sure about the boots though...That might be kind of expensive...Unless they turn out really well (not that I don't have faith in your work mike) Are you doing the BARC shoulder bells or the GM (left or right?)?

I'm doing the normal shoulder bell, not the odd one as seen posted. As for the boots, the rubber will be the most costly part of the project.

So you're doing the left shoulder bell that has an odd shape not the right shoulder bell that has the ridges? Is that how it's going?

YA mike is working on the left shoulder bell so he can use it for his GM and his BARC. I will be posting picks of my left shoulder bell buck pretty soon. I just got to get all the little problems out of it now like the small dents and then I will put some sealing paint on it and I will make some tomorrow.

oh dude, I am so drooling on my keyboard right now...I know I posted this on one of the other pages (quiet around these parts I think) but put me down for ONE set of the knees with metal pieces and TWO left shoulder bells (one if they are sort of expensive)...I would like two so I can do my Airborne Marine properly.

by the way Mike, do you know what you are going to charge for these pieces yet or have you not yet figured that out? If you have, could you pm me, because my money tends to get kind of tight and just want to make sure that I have enough for that...

Hey everyone, Ely (VASHDSTAMPEDE) contacted me thru a pm today and has a few sets of brackets available for folks. There are four brackets (2 for each knee) in all but you can talk to Ely if you want to arrange other options I suppose. here is his email address for orders and questions pretaining to the knee brackets. Version 2 is the one you want - FORPOOPINSILLY@aol.com

Hey Mike,
Any word on the progress of the knees and left shoulder plates yet? I don't mean to sound like a dick, but of all the armor I can't wait to finish and wear around the house in, I REALLY can't wait to finish my GM...REALLY BAD!
let us know! we're dying here! j/k...

Ha, I feel the same way! I want to get the upgrades done to my Mando, but I'm really looking forward to wearing the GM for the first time!
