Can anyone tell me how they attached the pouches on their belt? I was debating on just gluing on the pouches but I don't know how well they'd hold up if any.

I overkilled mine...
I got some springsteel (building material binding metal strips you find on a job site) and bent them into [ shapes that fit into the inset on the back of the pouch with the flat side out. then I filled the void with fibreglass resin. I riveted the pouch onto the belt.
Probably a ton of easier ways to get the job done but I'm a master of over-engineering a solution to a simple problem.

Sorry if I'm talking nonsense, but I don't know SB's belt/pouches because I'm building mine, but in my case I'll probably use short screws from the back of the belt, penetrating the belt and attaching to the back of pouch. If you are considering glueing the pouches, the screws will probably offer the extra strength needed to keep them in place.
If this is nonse because it is impossible (or ridiculous) due to the design of the SB belt/pouches, if you post some pics I'll be glad to try to make suggestions and maybe we'll come out with a more feasible idea.
Good luck.

I attached parts of a leather belt to the pouches with screws and slide them on, one of the large pouches I use to cover the clip I use to connect and keep the belt on around my waist, I may end up doing a different mod to it when I get around to attaching my kama to the belt.

Tango, SB's pouches are a soft foam. Screws alone won't do it. They also are somewhat hollow, that is why I filled mine with a hard substance that a screw would hold well. With grabby kids and just transportation issues, I'd hate to lose a pouch so I chose my method.
Dan's method sounds great as well but they'd be moveable (another easy fix with snaps or whatnot).

I just worry about the same grabby kids or the screw ripping thru the form or something, I like the idea of maybe filling them with resin and the screwing them into my belt.

I too have something of the same issuse. I have made my own and they are hollow. Solution Put a cross bar at the back and screw them on to the belt. Im trying to keep the weight down as much as possible. Also As Dan mentioned Kids do love to touch/ grab and rip things of Costumes whilst on troops.
