Wouldn't a Boba Fett undersuit work for the GM undersuit?

It would if your GM costume is not cannon.

How about the AT-AT driver undersuit? Take off the cogs, it's got the square pockets on the front of the legs, and pretty much the torso is covered by the armor.

GMs have a darker gray on ther undersuit/trouser compared to Boba Fett's undersuit. The cargo pockets are not exactly on the side and almost on the front. I'm not entirely sure rightnow with AT-AT driver undersuit at this moment, but for my memory isn't the AT-AT too thick an puffy. Let me get back to you on that one.

Most AT-AT drivers use a modified flight suit. The issue that I can see with that is the zipper on the front along with a few other things....The GM undersuit is seamless on the front pannel - the zipper would cause an issue.
There's been discussion over whether the shirt is black or grey, and we really haven't come up with a consensus. The upper body of the flight suit would not loan itself well to being a GM though. Whether you believe it to be black or grey, it is supposed to be the ribbed type shirt that the other clones have. So depending on how cannon you want to be, that could also prove to be a problem.

As far as gray or black, it looks all gray to me, shirt and pants. I have also noticed the ribbed style. I have o idea how to come up with that type of material. Problem I have is I don't sew all that well, plus I don't have alot of time to spend in putting everything together from scratch. Hence the reason why I would rather purchase as much as I can. So any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I'm starting this costume from the ground up, which is why i'm starting with the undersuit. So thanks to everybody who's replied to this thread thus far. And being a member of the 501st I'm going for movie accurate costuming here.

Gray or Black? My understanding is that the ribbed undershirt is black (like most clones), but looks gray due to the ashy battle damage from Mygetto. CRL still is not set, so that is still questionable.

ive seen clones and TK's use a plain old under armour shirt and take a turtle neck sweater and cut that up and sew it on in the areas it would show. that way they stay cooler with a canon look. just a thought. both can be bought at walmart

Walmart is a pretty good place. I got my Underarmor shirt there for $5 (it was on sale), got my gloves for about 10, and and the E-6000 was also on Sale when I bought it. Hope this image helps with the ribbed look on the Clontrooper under shirt ribbed texture:
