Would somebody please explain to me how to insert pics into a message. I know how to get a link to something like photobucket. But not to post them.

Put your photobucket link in between the two brackets in the middle of the following: [/img]

Put your photobucket link in between the two brackets in the middle of the following: [/img]
so you cant post the pics directly to the page. you have to use a link to some other place?

Click the "Insert Image" button. It's the 4th one, starting with the YouTube button. They are above the GM smilies. Copy your image URL from an exteranl site (ie Photobucet, MySpace, etc), and paste it on the URL block once you clicked the button (in between the [/img] brackets). Once done, just post it. Also, Photobucket has the embeded code option for forum posts. You can just copy it and paste it here.

Either the computer is getting it or I'm not. I pull up image. It gives me( img)(/img). Then i split it to insert a link to photobucket. and it does this!
(img) http yadda yadda(/img) Then i post and it's blank. I tried space bar the http over to keep it on the same line, but drops it down to the next line every time. I'm frustrated! note- had to use() insted of[] just for this post so you could see

If you already have the picture uploaded to Photobucket, you do not need to mess with that img button. Just click the one that says LMG code. It will automatically copy when you click, then just paste it into the post. Click "quote" and look at this post if you need to, it may help.
