Sorry Yesterday I went to see THICAL and some idiot from Arizona you is an escapee from prison was on a high speed chase with the police and I hit a pair of Tire Rippers. So I was stuck there till today and I missed Thical. But as far as armor I am going to show of pics of the vac'ed hands elbows and knees. As far as shoulder bells I am trying to get them perfect and I know that the vac machine can pick up the small detail on the right shoulder bell but I dont know how to bend the wire to be perfect any suggestions?

For the wire, this is what I would do. Use a chalk line (or ruler) to mark the straight areas. Then draw the curved portions connecting the lines. Then I would use something like a dremel to make a very light scoring mark on the lines, and then use sand paper until you have the detail in the mould. You're essentially making a negative of the details. Next, get some thin dowel rods and cut them to the lengths of the straight parts. Using a wire the same thickness of the dowels, created the radii areas. That should definitely be close enough for something like this. The reason I was suggesting the channels for the dowel is to eliminate the undercuts that would happen by using the dowel on the flat bell. If you want, I could take your first pull and review it for you j/k

I really like that idea. That would work really well. The only down-side to that idea is the shaping of all the wire/rods. I would be worried that they wouldn't turn out uniform.

you'd also have to make sure the scoring marks are uniform. I'm not that smooth with a dremel personally, but I'm sure there are those who are
