Sad to see it going, but I'm not into hoarding costumes! Time to make some room for the next thing!
I'm 6', 215lbs. The jumpsuit is very snug at 44" chest and 42/43" belly (same with belt since it sits that high). Boots are size 12.
I will NOT part out
And more as a novelty, yes, this is screen-used GM armor! It appears during two shots in Paul during the Comic-Con scenes in the beginning of the film. I was personally asked by Nick Frost, "Who are you supposed to be?" "Well, remember Episode III? (yeah) Remember when they kill all the Jedi? (yeah) Remember the conehead Jedi? (yeah) We killed him." "Filthy bugger!"
Tons of closeup part photos (and descriptions) here: www.flickr.com/photos/29626943@N05/sets/72157634971090403/
The descriptions contain notes on wear/tear, please read them as I'm not going into detail in this post. The costume is wearable out of the box, just some odds/ends you may want to upgrade or reinforce.
Helmet: SGB, fiberglass of some kind, behaves a little like vinyl DP so keep it out of the heat; one of the first he made I believe.
Pauldron: Nyghtcraft leather, I love this thing!
Chest/back: Laws, abs I think
Backpack: Steelblitz, abs
Shoulders: Homemade right shoulder, modified scout for the left
Biceps: Unknown, abs
Elbows: Unknown, foam rubber
Forearms: Unknown, abs
Hands: OSCS, abs
Belt: Military surplus belt covered in vinyl
Kama: Unknown, duck cloth I think
Knees: Unknown, abs I think
Calves/Toe armor: Mrbungle, abs
Boots: store bought, tops removed, marine vinyl covered. Soles are painted.
Extra: pair of resin realistic commander pistols with holsters, maker unknown. Fun if you want to make a commander character.
Firm on $1500.00. Though there are some options for armor out there now, this is still a tricky costume to piece together and it includes a custom leather pauldron and custom jumpsuit.
Shipping: Depends on location of the buyer. I'll ship UPS insured, likely two boxes, probably $50ish but we can get a quote once it's boxed.
If you need firepower, I have a Hyperfirm DC15s for $250. I will not sell it separately, only as an option for the buyer of the GM

A note on 501st approval. I've never approved this costume (I'm the local GML). The CRL is a little off in a couple of places (says black strap on the right bicep when it's clearly white) but looking it over quickly if this costume came up to me I'd have the following advice:
> get correct straps for the elbows/knees
> CRL says three boxes on a black strap on the right bicep. CG model shows two boxes on a white strap, take it to the GML forum.
> get one accurate smaller black ammo box on chest strap
> dye the jumpsuit grey
> add trim around the helmet
With the CRL being a little iffy don't take my word as gospel but these are the reasons I haven't approved myself yet.
