My toe/shin/calf parts from Mr.B are soon to ship and, if they get here in time at all, I'll have very little time to work them before heading to FanExpo. That said, What can I expect from this kit? I don't even know what's included - Resin cast pieces???
Any input from experienced builders would set me at ease or prep me for a hard few hours work once my package arrives.
Thanks in advance.

did you not ask Mr B when you ordered? its all from vac formed pieces, he used to use HIPS. Knee and toe cap merely need trimming. Shins come in 2 parts and have to go together like other clone parts. Seamless is recommended

yeah I know its a kashyyyk shin, but the idea is the same. He has resin pieces for the buckle. You need to find some belt material and instal it into you shin.

Did I ask, Yes. I got no specific reply but needed whatever i could get so I made the buy.
Thanks for the visuals. they'll go a long way to achieve a near complete product (greebs or no) when my parts arrive.

just realised it may have come off a little off-ish apologies mate
its just my kit was one of the 1st CB kits, he may have changed material and what he sends out with them now. Hes changed various bits and pieces over the years, I know he was intending on sending out a kit as 'complete' as possible a while back
hope that helped

How sure we are about this one being the right buckle?. Is there any reference pic were we can see it?, either from a GM or a Kasshyyk trooper?. Thanks

I can't see enough detail in the screenshot (Oh, how things might change next month with the BR release) or the 360 turn around but I do notice that, like many GM things, there is a variation between the left and right leg.
Right leg shows a black buckle on a black frame while the left leg shows a black buckle on a white frame.
and...while while both legs are the same as each other, they are the opposite colours as the left leg exterior buckles (having a black buckle with a white frame)
Weird, but routine for the GM at this point.

Good news. My parts are in the post and should be here with a couple days advance to prep them for my event.
MrB confirmed the contents of the lower leg kit: knees, knee straps, shins (X2), calves (X2) toe caps, resin greeblies that go on leg armour straps (X4) (straps not included)
Now I wait.
