Nice find. I don't remember the size I used (or will use) for the D-rings, but I know that the length of the straps is dependant upon your own personal "scale". I usually just eyeball stuff like that.

So what are the dimensions of the kama? the straps between the d-ring and the kama's are the attached to the kama or are they just there for decoration and attach to the back by another d-ring. (hopefully the are attached to the kama) Now seeing how this will be my first attempt a t a suit with a kama (or a suit in general) how would you keep this on you hips?

I have not finished mine yet, but I believe that the straps attach to the D-ring in front and the other end to the kama itself. And by the way, there is no standard size for kamas. I mean, on a true clone there would be ( ), but for us, it comes to either just below or just above the knee (sorry I can't remember which), so yours and mine would probably be different (unless you are 5'4" tall).

But either way it looks like I need to pick up sewing again. Maybe I will get the wife that sewing machine.
