In light of recent actions taken by LucasFilm, Ltd. against Shepperton Design Studios and other online prop stores, I'm setting up a rules sections for this part of the forum. These rules are to be followed to the letter, no ifs, ands, or buts. To the letter. Any deviations will be edited, and a continued disregard for these rules will result in deleted threads and possible actions taken against the posting member.
1) Claims to authenticity. LFL has, and currently is, taking legal actions against individuals and internet companies that claim authenticity for their fan-made Star Wars prop replicas. To claim authenticity for your Star Wars prop replicas without the proper licences is unlawful and is copyright infringement on LFL's intellectual property. There are only a few companies that have obtained such licenses, and they include, but are not limited to, Master Replicas, and Rubies. As such, DO NOT claim your fan-made Star Wars prop replicas to be authentic. If you do so, we will take every action to correct your thread and you will be warned, and repeat offenses to this rule will result in closed theads and banned members. As such, this forum, it's administrator, and it's command staff do not claim responsibility for any member claiming such authenticity.
2) Ebay. I don't have anything against Ebay, but please do not post your auctions here. If you would like to sell off any of your stuff here for whatever reason, please just post it here. Because if you're wanting to ebay it, you might as well try to sell it here first.
3) If you are selling anything other than acquired items (toys, MR stuff, old costumes, etc), please do not post pricing information. Keep the pricing and other related information to PMs. Example:
