right - thinking of starting this now after a horrible winter here in the UK aside from the changes mentioned - wants to get 2 opinions from GMs based on midniters and RKD's observations: On midniters build of my helmet here - 53rdfac.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=helmet&action=display&thread=770the slot at the back was actually made NOT straight, it curves forward, so the front ends lie abt a centimetre above the level from the mid point as it comes forward. Would you guys like this corrected? And from RKD's observation - does the WHOLE slot need lifting up to the level of the eyes? The V1 is a compromise and lies mid way? I think the V1 is awesome and does not need mod'ing, but as a person who produces such great work Nate, its yours to improve if you feel fit!!!!!
