Looking back at the pictures to me it looks like the shoulder armor needs to be trimmed back. I don't see how I could successfully do it on the right one with the ribs unless I cut off the top and move the overall armor up.

The right shoulder bell looks fine, however the left shoulder bell needs to be shorter. Like the Kashyyyk Trooper (Camo Biker Scout), anyone else agree or disagree?

I think both could be a little shorter, but there's the ribs limitation in the right one. I'd suggest that you trim them as much as you can. Anyway, the right one is longer than the left so it is ok if you can't trim it that much. It should overlap something between half to 1/3 of the bicep, while the left one barely overlaps the bicep. You can see this difference in sizes between the right and left in the 360 turnaround.

Looking good, just two things, the metal screen in your helmet needs to be painted black, and for some reason your back plate and backpack seem to ride really low on your back, is there any way you can adjust your shoulder straps to raise your back plate up? Can't wait to see your armor weathered!

Yea I have to adjust the shoulder straps for the back to fit right. I added some padding on the shoulders because it kept poking into me.

It looks like the weight of your backpack is pulling everything back, including your chest piece. I know cause I had the same problem with my JP on my Fett which is pretty heavy. If it continues to be an issue for you, you could possibly come up with a harness system to go underneath to keep it all snug and in place...I know it's a pain but it might be a solution for ya The other thing that jumps out at me is that your backpack is still mounted too low on the backplate itself. Try raising it up a bit for more accuracy But great work so far and keep chugging along!

I does look kinda low, the 4 pouches should be hanging around the bottom of the box on the back plate, it should help with the weight of the pack as well if it is mounted higher.

Alrighty the backpack has been raised and got most of it done. The kama is held up until I get velcro on it. Adjusting the cowl as I type this. Only thing left to do is figure out how to attach the epaulets or however you call them. Other than that it's just tweaks here and there.

Much better!. Looking very good!. I love that the chest plate meets the belt where it should. But on the other hand the epaulets seems to be enormous. You'll probably have to resize them. But let me suggest another thing: turn off that TV!!. Everybody is distracted watching it and nobody tells you what you have to adjust on your costume!. Hahahaha.
