Great collection of parts. SB's stuff is great as the the SGB helmet - I have them all. You seem to have one extra part - 5 knee tabs in the centre of your small parts collection. Must be like a LEGO set- a few extras just to make you wonder... Keep us updated AS YOU BUILD it so we can comment and assist along the way. Join up at www.clonetroopers.net for more info, as well.

So far looking good, I can't see under your arm to see how the front and back plates line up to give you any advise. RKD's front plate looks great! I did see that SB sent you 5 knee greebs, you only need the 4, 2 for each side. So far so good, where did you order your overalls from?

Everything looks great so far BG! Looks like you're well on your way to getting this bad boy down the road. I'll be looking forward to your progress. Thanks D-rod!

There's maybe a few inches between the backplate and chestplate but I got some garage sale signs to close the gap. I ordered the same coveralls from tractorsupply off of amazon since they don't keep the grey in stock after summer. I'm glad someone pointed out what that part was. Eh it's good to have extras.

I don't like the garage sale sings cause they are flimsy!!! If you have any spare flat pvc sheets around or can get some at a hardware store I would suggest that. I have just had some problems early in my GM armor with the sale signs. Just a suggestion.

It's been my experience to keep mediums the same whenever possible, especially when it comes to mods...they'll adhere that much better to each other and save you headaches down the road. I would try to hit up a local plastic supply store and see what they have in their scrap bin. You'll likely be able to score something for a cheap price or even free if you're lucky

Ok I went ahead and ordered a few strips of ABS plastic. Also got a set of gloves that look like would work but I wasn't 100% sure. They are 100% Nylon non rubber and non latex coated. The top part of the hand may show a tad but I figure the hand plate will cover most of it. If need be I can lightly coat exposed parts with some leftover latex I haveThe logo and yellow trim can be easily blacked out. Let me know what you think. I'll get pics with the hand plate when I get home later today.

I use the SWAT Gloves that go up my arm, you might want to get gloves that go up your arm, you put them on first and then slide your forearms on, no skin shows!!!!!!Just like my TK gloves, etc, Better to be safe than sorry!!!

Well I tried it with the handplate hoping I at least have it on correctly. More than likely I'll have to trim it for the right proportion. I'm not worried about showing skin because my ribbed shirt is long enough to reach past my wrists.

I love your gloves. Mine are almost the same (fabric with rubber), and I'm really happy with them because there is a clone picture in which the texture looks very similar...

Other than receiving my coveralls yesterday no. Until it gets a tad warmer I'm holding off on painting and my Bungle leg armor. Figure I'll paint them all in one swoop. I attempted to put some primer on the backpack but there were parts that the primer had cracked on my back porch during the cold.
