-The first thing I noticed was the glossy look. A blackwash should matte it down making for a good look. Weathering does not show up well in pics but you are really clean. The tips from others will help. Stay away from the shots of black spray paint. You'll end up looking like a leopard.
-colour mismatch between paint and kama. Weathering can balance that somewhat.
I've been working on the color, and am going to black wash today.
-The belt is too low. It should be under the chest armour, not at your waist.
I will fix that!!! LOL
-I don't see the extra detail on the left elbow.
I'm working on that.
-Knee straps are not visible - are they different colours?
Yes
-black undersuit is visible at the bottom of the chest armour - tighten that s&%t up soldier.
I saw that too, my bad.
-belt boxes are not symmetrical(equal space from the buckles) or straight.
I noticed that also, my boxes are made to slide on the belt so I can move it over no problem.
-The 360 turnaround does not show a black ammo belt, rather it is grey.
Which one, the one on my chest is black, the arm was black but I noticed that others were white, if thats the case I can change it back no problem.
-toe caps are missing the circles greeblies. Find some O rings at a hardware store and glue/paint 'em up.
Picked some up today.
-helmet vent should be black.
Take care of already.
-Picky issue here - the seams are really rough (visible on the forearm)
This has been a big problem for some of us with a compound that we picked up to do the sealing with. I have worked on the seams several times to cover up the compound, but when it gets primed and painted it seems to bleed thru. We are going to see if we can cover it up with bondo and then repaint. If not I'm going to pull need forearms.
Thanks, this is the stuff I need to hear to make my GM look awesome!!!
