True. The GMs only lasted 1 standard year after the birth of the Empire. I just liked the "Enforcers" part.

How about... "The Galaxy's Finest"?
That avoids using "republic" and "empire/imperial".

Twist on the previous: Hammer of the Republic or Galactic Marines- the Republics Hammer Galactic Marines - One Mind, Any Weapon All clones are created equal, then some become Marines Marines don't die-we get cloned.
You have to bear in mind you can't have 'Hell" as part of the slogan. I don't think it'd go over too well with the powers that be. It doesn't offend me, I'm a nasty old salt, but the image to the general public/kids has to be taken into cosideration.

We can improvise "Hell" with "Mustafar" or "Tatooine". I think it's been agreed that we should leave out Republic or Empire out of the Slogan.

I like mottos. "If you see us coming, we ain't here for you." "By our actions we are known" "Anywhere, Anytime" "Ready" (Paratus) "It's not a skirt!"

Thought we might get some ideas from the Marine's Hymn:
From the Halls of Montezuma, To the shores of Tripoli; [glow=red,2,300]We fight our country's battles In the air, on land, and sea;[/glow]First to fight for right and freedom And to keep our honor clean: [glow=red,2,300]We are proud to claim the title Of United States Marine[/glow]. Our flag's unfurled to every breeze From dawn to setting sun; [glow=red,2,300]We have fought in every clime and place Where we could take a gun;[/glow]In the snow of far-off Northern lands And in sunny tropic scenes; You will find us always on the job The United States Marines. Here's health to you and to our Corps Which we are proud to serve; [glow=red,2,300]In many a strife we've fought for life And never lost our nerve;[/glow]If the Army and the Navy Ever look on Heaven’s scenes; They will find the streets are guarded By United States Marines.
Might be something we could adapt in one of the highlighted areas. I like "________ in every clime and place" because it addresses the variable combat situations etc.
Maybe "First in, last out, in every clime and place"?
Phil
