Doing an excellent job Nate. Can't wait to get one of these lids to sit next to Bacara on the shelf.

thanks for feedback guys.
the plan is - a good friend of mine is a known prop builder on the Kashyyk trooper side - Mr Bungle. He has agreed to take on the US production side of things to cut down on postage etc, my 1st casting is off to him early next week.
But like all prop makers, he is in middle of busy trooping season; and isnt sure when he can get round to molding em up. Its weeks/months rather than months/years. He will have total control of molds, runs and pricing in the US.
Till he is up and running I am happy to supply lids - with the understanding that UK -US shipping is abt £50 ie abt $75!!
details to follow in the FS sections once I fix a thing or two on the molds

Looking really nice, bro! Only thing I have to say is that the paint looks a bit glossy but other than that I do like what I see.

Where would you get thin PVC sheet like that? I've never heard of it before.

this is gonna sound pretty sad, btu I got a local haberdashery that I walk abt it sourcing material for costumes..... apparently its used to cover table tops and display cabinets. It wipes easy. Happy to send you some if you want to experiment?
I am sending Tom a lid anyways, I will chuck some extra PVC in the box?

Sure if you could put a sample in the box with Tom's helmet that would be awesome man.

I received one of these 'bad-boys' from Nathan last weekend and I'm currently doing a build on it.
As soon as I've finished painting and weathering it up I'll post a few pics on here.
That face/beak/eye area is totally cool BTW. ;D
