You building it all from scratch, or using Pep(still scratch though lol).
Once you get the pieces where theyll need to be a little more solid(keep shape for detail work), coat the non-shiny side with fiberglass resin, it will stiffen it up substantially, yet allow it to be flexible.
Its lookin good, I must say!
Got lots of good tips for you... when you get to certain stages that is.

Thanks for the comments and I am going by my own design just kinda sketch out a template and went from there. And I am planning on adding fiberglass to it. Any tips on how to make it better or for the shoulder armor and the leg armor would be very helpful. Here is an updated pictures on what else I've done I am still working on the helmet tell me what you think on the helmet looks weird to me need help with it the shoulder pad started the knee

Looking good. For the shoulders, if making them from scratch I would proabably suggest PVC plumbing pipe from the hardawarde store. For the Shins, maybe the same thing you did for your gauntlets.
