Post your introductions here! Get to know each other!
-----------------
I am the creator of the 53rd Fast Attack Company. I go by "torso_boy" on many other forums, but I thought it only necessary to give myself the name of the 53rd's leader here on this forum.
My name in real life is David Reimer, and I am a member of the 501st Legion's Southern Outpost garrison. I've been in the 501st for well over a year and a half (as of this post), and I'm quickly gaining a foothold in this hobby. I started out with a Biker Scout costume, but I moved on to a Galactic Marine which is probably 75% scratch built.
I'm a college student here at the University of Alabama in Huntsville, and I'm double majoring in Art Studio and Philosophy.

I'm Goose, the Galactic Marine fanboy and another member of the 501st's Southern Outpost.
I've been in the 501st for less than a month, but it has opened up a interest in the costuming hobby. Being the newb I am, I often look to others for tips and advice to try to further my understanding on these fun projects.
I'm live and work in Mobile, AL and I'm currently taking some time off from college.

I'm Boston Andy from the New England garrison. I live in Somerville, a small town just outside Boston Mass. Little does the world know that Somerville iswhere the first american flag was ever raised on American soil. I've been a member of the 501st since November of last year. My 501st id is TD-1884. I wanted to do a clonetrooper for some time now. Gms seem to be the coolest one out of them all. Torsoboy set the standard for all of us and he desirves the most respect out of all the Gms. Hope this site takes off and we have some new GMs joining the ranks real soon.

Anrev's here.
Been in the 501st for 1.5 years now. Finished a TI, TA, DZ, and TB. Was working on a Dengar but decided to do the GM instead. I've got a SGB helmet on the way. Need to get some armor but havnt been getting any replies from any of the makers. Anyone got suggestions?
Im in the Mile High Squad of the Mountain Garrison. I help with all the graphics for the website. I'm also the ACD XO. I put together the costuming guides for the TA, TI, IS and ID (Veers).

My name is Kurt Weinreich. I go by kurtweinreich on all the boards. Been with the 501st about 2 years as a Sandtrooper, Vader, Galactic Marine and Shocktrooper. Finishing a Jango Fett, upgrading the GM (based on your stuff torso-bo), and embarking on another project, a functional Seatrooper.
Wasn't originally looking for a GM, but acquired it on the CT.net from a trooper in need selling it. I was actually looking for the DC-17 LOng Rifle for my Shocktrooper. Having the GM is fun, and will be funner when it is up to standard.

Hello everyone, I'm a "New Recruit" (when it comes to GM building) from Pittsburgh,
I'm currently working on upgrading my Fett Costume and working on my BARC costume. I have alot of projects at the moment but I'm looking forward to a GM set up and have just begun looking into getting some pieces together thanks in part to Dave and his inspiring GM costume....
New recruit reporting for duty.......

Kurt you got Bamatrooper's armor! Right? He mentioned something about his old armor and your name came up at our last event. I'm trying to get Bama to join up here since he's starting up a new GM project.

Yes sir! That is why I will be needing the "upgrade" since his/mine is an earlier version. Weren't you selling helmet kits for that? If so, keep me in mind.

Yep! Made it over!
BamaTrooper - aka Joey- TK-152 fromteh Southern Outpost/ 501st Legion.
I made that GM costume for myself and my wife for a convention just 3 weeks after EP3 came out. All i had to go on were 4 fuzzy screen caps from someones digital camera footage of EP3 at the time! I'm working to rebuild an entire suit for myself and my brother as my wife moved on to Zam ..
Glad to be here and hope to contribute!
Nice looking place Captain!

Ciao all!
I am TC2169, TB2169, and a few others from a few other boards!
My name is Gary, I'm from New Jersey (YEYE). I picked up a SGB helmet, and have been slowly (darn work) working on a Marine.
I am a wholesaler (fashion), and have been a member of the 501st for just over 4 years (Northeast Remnant). I can;t wait to get my Marine done; just waiting for time and $$ to get it done.
Hope everyone has a good time here!!
