Hey folks, I traded Sgtcarida for his GM suit about 8 months ago and I'm ready to kick the lead out and get it ready for debut in time for our Las Vegas St. Patrick's Day parade (or earlier). Here's some pics: So here is a list of what I need to do to complete it and I'll update with pics as I do so: - new cowl material, currently using t-shirt as test (don't like vinyl)
- new lenses (tried to bubble them, didn't work well)
- re-rig upper armor strapping
- make accurate right shoulder bell
- get accurate hand armor
- rig backpack harness
- upgrade grey jumpsuit
- weather the kama
- assemble shin armor
- find decent boots - - DONE
- mock-up boots with vinyl and armor
- get decent DC15 rifle (preferably long)
- extend 'beak' structure on helmet for better cowl shape
It didn't seem like this much stuff before I made my list lol It's really not that much though, most of this is stuff I want to do but don't have to do. I can get by with the current jumpsuit, handplates, and lenses. Thanks for your support, Phil

Hey Phil, can you take a picture of the just the Jump suit? I'd like to check it out and also some of the backpack. I'd like to see how Wally rigged it to his armor.
Thanks.

MAN are you skinny!!!!!
Leo I totally forgot about the pattern. I'll get it to you this weekend and you can share this info with the others.
The shoulder bells I "had" to use were the only things I could come up with at the time. The one is an upside down untrimmed regular clone one. Not sure of the maker. The other is from a toilet bowl scrubber brush housing. There is a guy over at Clone Empire working on BARC armor and these are pretty close to what you are looking for. Check out the Phase 2 armor section.
The backpack harness is a boba/jango fett type I found over at TDH. If you get over there just look and see how they do it. I just used nylon webbing...nothing fancy.
Phil I'm really excited to see you finally working on the GM. I'm also super interested in you doing some mods/upgrades to it. Maybe I need to re-visit this armor someday......

My DC-15S is due to ship on monday. I have some fellow garrison members that are going to help me build the calves/shins, and toe armor. Then all I have to get is the Kama, the TB shoulder bell, and some new hand plates and I am ready to begin my build

Great pic. I just got the notice that my sewing patterns for my gray jumpsuit were shipped today. Now I just have to get the Kama, make the calve/shin, and toe armor and then I can get started with my build.

still no pics, sorry guys lol I AM taking them, just keep forgetting to upload. Good news - on a whim I decided to take off the shoe armor from Sgtcarida's boots (too small for me) and with very little effort they'll work well for mine. That saves time sculpting them. And I'll revisit them after the parade. I think he said he melted abs over the end of a baseball bat, the shape actually looks pretty good. Also got my rifle in, it's one of the shorter long rifles from Sgtcarida, he's offered to help walk me through lengthening it. I'm excited, this is gonna happen
