I can't say "Yay" or "Ney" for sure since monitor settings on my Computer screen might be a little different than your Comp (or anyone else that sees that picture). My 2 cents: Over in general, the color looks like it might work. If you really want to go with it, it's worth a try.

C'mon guys, the name says it all, "Burgundy Red Metallic Spray". This brand is what is recommended on the dented helmet. Donny ("Foxbatkllr") is the guy that recommended this brand for the Sunrider Base Endor Commando Project last year (it looks great on my Endor Commando helmet, btw). This paint will definitely work & to prove it, I will buy a few cans & use them, right after I purchase my helmet.

I used a "rich burgundy" on mine and I think it looks good.
