This is looking pretty good, how do you plan on putting the face on?

I think that as part of the battle damage, that dent could be accepted. This costume is required to have battle damage/weathering in order to be accepted, so I don't see why the Boba type dent wouldn't be accepted. What I'd do is to avoid the metallic paint in the dent since there is no evidence the GM helmet or other part of the GM armor is metallic.

While attractive, there is no reference of a silver or metal coloured base for clone armour of any sort. If the paint is scratched, it should expose a black base. Discuss with you GML.

I would use a black primer (thats what I did) and then paint it over with the CL Wine color

One of the main reasons I pull the majority of my parts in black (at least the ones that require it). Makes the transition for the CW much easier.

If I'm not mistaken Commander Gree has some metallic scheme in his armor. I'm not sure though if it's just a paint scheme with metallic paint, or if it's supposed to have a metal armor.

I always thought that the armor was plastoid-composite body armor that was resistant to indirect blaster fire, so I am not sure where the silver type metal look comes from on the Gree armor and others.

I have used the car window tint before, it is an option.

I bought a 2mm sheet of green acrylic/polycarbonate. It is dark green but still very clear to see through it. Although haven't installed it yet I'm happy with it. Later I found that 1mm works great too but I wasn't sure at the time. Can you get a sheet of any of this plastics?
