Same here, too. Time is my biggest arch-nemessis considering I work and go to school both full time.
[glow=red,2,300]EDIT 20090523:[/glow] After about 2 months of not touching my Armor, tomorrow is going to be a big day as I'm going to work on in it some more.
[glow=red,2,300]EDIT 20090529:[/glow] Worked on the Armor a little. Will post some pictures in a day or 2.

Your backpack is coming along nicely. Will you have the GM done by SDCC?

Loving the backpack. I had thought along the same lines and then was going to use for sale sign over the cardboard, then foam and white vinyl on top.

Your backpack is coming along nicely. Will you have the GM done by SDCC? Thanks for the compliment on the Backpack. Yes, SDCC is my deadline. I'm going to work on the Armor everyweekend until the Con (except this Saturday since it's the <unofficial> Star Wars Fan Day at Disneyland and I'll be there). Loving the backpack. I had thought along the same lines and then was going to use for sale sign over the cardboard, then foam and white vinyl on top. Thanks. I look forward to seeing how your pack ends up looking like. * As promised, here are a few pictures from this weekend's armor building. sanding: Mini me is supervising: Sorry, I forgot to post a replacement picture of this a while ago (no longer that cartoony purple color): Going over (Toroso_boy's) WIP for reference and notes. Trying to figure out the Shoulder ridges for my GM: Backpack V9 is looking good (so far), though the bottom pouches look a little big. Will need to resize them: Adding resin to the damaged area on my SGB bucket: Inspired by SGB's v2 bucket, I plan on adding on to the bottom area (will cover in Bondo once the shape is cut out properly). Working hard, and playing harder (goofing off while taking a break):

Thanks brother. I'll post some more pics of the pack and more WIP later on. *** here are a few of the Backpack: ...as I mentioned earlier, I know the bottom pouches are a bit too long, so I'll re size them later. Funny. No matter how long I've had the armor, and how much work I've put in, it feels like work never gets done. I have a 3 week deadline for V2 at SDCC 09.

I didn't have a work space for a while which halted all work. I just moved into a new place. Hopefully I'll get settled soon and will be able to finish it up. *crosses fingers* I'm really hoping to get it done before October. We have the Vader balloon troop for Balloon Fiesta then.
