Well, cannot say I am 100% complete but I took the challenge and went out to various events during the Halloween festivities. I belong to the 501 New England Garrison forum and was asked by a friend of mine there to help out and do a test run so he it is

As you can tell, I had a wardrobe malfunction at the end of the night. The Velcro would no longer stick.
